- All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration
- Fees are generally non-refundable (refer to Refund Policy)
- NYSF is not responsible for additional charges from payment gateways
📅 5. Event Participation
- Participants must follow all rules and guidelines of the event
- NYSF reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct
- Event schedules may change due to unavoidable circumstances

All participants are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and sportsmanship
- Respect officials, coaches, and fellow athletes
- Avoid any form of cheating, abuse, or misconduct
Violation may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

- Any injuries, losses, or damages during participation
- Personal belongings lost during events
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Participants join at their own risk.

By participating, you grant NYSF permission to:
- Use photos, videos, and media for promotional purposes
- Publish event highlights on digital and social platforms

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected will only be used for registration, communication, and event management purposes.
